Hi! I'm Meggie and I want to share with you my passion to create delicious and highly nutritious recipes that will make you fall in love with healthy eating.
Following a complicated relationship with eating and my body image I have finally learned how to love food that is filled with vitamins, hits my daily macros but more importantly, makes me feel good. This blog will deliver delicious, easy to follow vegetarian and vegan recipes using nutritious produce and will tell you it’s health benefits and what it can do for you.
I am a third year undergraduate student at studying Social Policy and Politics, moving in to a Masters in Nutrition, Physical Activity and Public Health.
